Human Resources is one of the major resource for the development of the nation. Further more, continuation of knowledge and skill through refresher courses, trainings, and seminar upgrade the capability of individuals to perform the task as per the need of time. In private sector, in Nepal there are only a few training academy, which are capable of imparting quality trainings. In this context, a group of highly qualified professionals (engineers, managers, bankers, economist, social scientist etc) have taken shoulder to create an academy to fulfill the requirement of enhancing capability of professionals of high and medium level. The mission objective is to upgrade and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of professionals working in various discipline of government, private, NGO and INGO. The aim is to make professionals to take informed decision in time as per the need of resources, culture, environment and technology. In addition, new techniques and practices are emerging in the field of social science, management, technology and environment. The objective is to upgrade the knowledge and skill of the professionals with latest skill and techniques.

In this regard the Versatile Training Academy (VTA) has been established and registered under the office of the company registrar on 2006 AD (2063 BS) .
